Overview: Scoops: Ice Cream Shoppe was founded in 2009 by Isabella Lux as a new business venture. It started as a homebrew operation, where Isabella made Ice Cream from her home. She grew up around the beach, living on the west coast for the majority of her life, and now, living in Western PA, Isabella is able to bring a taste of home to Pennsylvania. She started making and selling ice cream in 2009, selling it out of her home and cheap Tupperware. In 2022 the business had enough traction that selling out of her home was no longer viable, so the business closed temporarily on January 5th, 2023. After establishing a brand, the company and the new shop will reopen on February 28th, 2023.
